Even out of the package, it is very soft, and not scratchy at all. A very good scrubbing massage effect on the face, excellent exfoliation and lathering capability. A total joy to load your soap and create lather on your face. It is also possible to generate heaps of lather in your bowl. A magnificent performer! It is best to not use these brushes daily, and give the brush enough time to thoroughly dry. My recommendation is to use boar brushes every other day. Fantastic service and quality! A huge thanks to Portuguese Factory!
