Being an aficionado and great fan of the
Semogue boar brushes, I’ve decided to
try and order this time a badger brush.
Just like the boar SOC, which I own also,
the badger edition comes with an also well made and beautiful handle, which gives a good control especially you are a face lathering guy.
It seems. that the design goal of Semogue
with the SOC’s was, to make a brush with
a very dense knot and a very good backbone.
Wether being it the boar or the badger, they have accomplished that.
Both are very smooth and convenient when lathering up the skin, providing a very rich and dense lather for the
following shave with the razor.
The Soc doesn’t come at a discount price,
but given it’s qualities and performance
it’s more than worth even twice it’s price.
It’s really that good.
